HLA-G targeted exosomal microRNA

DETAIL

SOB102 is an HLA-G targeted exosomal microRNA,

the second broad-spectrum exosome-based anti-cancer drug derived from SOB100 platform technology, using HLA-G targeted exosomes to deliver nucleic acids for the treatment of refractive/resistant brain tumors, such as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).
Animal experiments have confirmed that SOB102 is capable of passing through the blood-brain barrier to reach the brain tissues, which demonstrates excellent therapeutic effects toward drug-resistant GBM and the potential to eradicate brain tumors.
