Using genetic engineering approach to allow gene sequence including targeted antibodies and growth factors expressing in mesenchymal stem cells and secreted targeted antibody on the exosome containing growth factors in the exosome.Enriched growth factor in the targeted exosome is aimed to treat injured tissues after a stroke via reducing inflammatory responses at the injured site and promoting the generation of brain neurons.
